When meeting with Ryan to begin paperwork, I was pleased to note that he was very meticulous. He does not rush and gets it done right the first time. We looked at a few houses and Ryan was well-versed with each one. He provided historical, building, & contractor info, as well as clearly explaining the positives and negatives of each house. His thoroughness allowed me to make well-informed decisions.
