She listens to what you want in your home, finds out what your negotiatable things are--such as yard size, basement, pantry, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, LOCATION--and works to find your perfect home. She made my first time buying a home easy. She took the time to answer all of the questions I had and answered them so I understood.
